Can I check the box before I pay?
The carton is opened after payment — that's our rider policy and it protects both sides. But you check everything while he's still there with you. Count the pieces, switch on the watch, look at the finish. Don't let him leave until you're happy. If something is wrong, we sort it out on the spot.
